2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Monthly Plans: Refund available within 30 days of first charge
  • Annual Plans: Refund available within 30 days of purchase
  • Free Trial Users: No refund required; simply cancel before trial ends
  • Lifetime Plans: Refund available within 14 days of purchase only

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your account email and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days
  4. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

4. Conditions for Refusal

We may refuse refunds in the following cases:

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using StockGuard, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on StockGuard for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Account Registration & Responsibility

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your information
  • Maintain confidentiality of your password

  • Our technology, algorithms, and infrastructure are proprietary
  • You retain ownership of images and content you upload
  • By uploading, you grant StockGuard a license to process and analyze your content
  • We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

StockGuard is provided "AS IS" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied as to the operation of this website or the information, content, or materials included on this website.

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StockGuard, Axion Digital (Pvt) Ltd, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on StockGuard.

We do not warrant that:

  • Results will always be 100% accurate
  • Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • Service is free of viruses or harmful components

8. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice
  • Service access continues until the end of your paid period

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
